Refund Policy

Even though we have a very low refund rate (less than 1%), we want you to be familar with our policy. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.

We issue refunds if:

1. Refund is requested if you're unable to get access for more than 7 day consecutively.

We do not issue refunds if:

1. You decided to change your mind.
2. You choose not to use our product.
3. You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (our description and demo videos and covers what is in the course)
4. You paid by Paypal Echeck or similar where payment takes a long time & you could not get our product in time due to that.
5. You download our courses and submit them on blackhat forums or any other site without our written content or permission

Before filing for Refund

We have a very low refund rate. However, if you have any issues or questions with a course you purchased, please contact us first to get your questions/concerns resolved before asking for a refund. We find that most people issues are easily solved this way.

Unauthorize Transaction
If your credit card or payment was unauthorized, you must show proof that you're not disputing charges because you don't want to pay. Rather, showing proof and a letter of explanation regarding the misuse of your account.  Over the years, we've had a handful of people that signed up for courses, watch all the videos, and then dispute the charges; claiming that it was unauthorized transaction. Failure to show proof will result in the decline of a refund.
